Winter Championships

General Information

The tournament will offer student debaters an experience on a Pro-Am (professional-amateur) basis.  Teams will debate in three-on-three debates, and will be paired with experienced university debaters to help them during some of  the allocated preparation time. These experienced university debaters will then adjudicate the debates.

Our sponsor Russell McVeagh is helping us to facilitate the Winter Championships.  Because of Russell McVeagh’s generous sponsorship, we are able to offer this tournament free of charge – there is no entry fee.
